For the 2013 Posterheroes competition I entered two posters.
With the first poster, my aim was to encourage people of all different ages and walks of life to become more engaged in the community. I made the poster by carving out a linoleum block and transferring the image onto a sheet of bristol paper using black ink. I then scanned the image onto the computer. The linoleum block gave the image a grittier texture that I felt was appropriate for the image.
With my second submission to the contest, I tried to promote the burning of garbage to produce energy by showing a graphic transformation of trash to energy.
