First Year Competition

For the first year competition, we were given two materials (bristol and a .5" dowel) and allowed one additional material of our choosing. My main focus of this project was how the materials interact and connect to one another. I concentrated the design on creating a frame of wooden clips that would hold the construct together, as well as utilizing the bristol's thickness to tighten the clips.
